**Free Public Training Sessions**

We are now offering free training covering cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED or Defib)

We have assisted with the installation of 50 Public Access Defibrillators across Fleet and Church Crookham and our ambition is to train a large number of people and make Fleet and Church Crookham a community of lifesavers.

Following a cardiac arrest every minute delay in starting CPR decreases the chance of survival by 10%. Early CPR can buy invaluable time before using a defibrillator and can more than double the chances of survival.

More courses are being planned, watch this space or follow us on twitter for updates.

To book your place please email your Name, Contact telephone number and preferred course to:

We're also able to offer CPR and defibrillator training to groups. The Call, Push, Rescue course is accredited by the British Heart Foundation, and includes the chance to practice using mannequins, and training versions of the PAD site defibrillators which have been placed around the area.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer more generalised first aid training at this time.
